If you are having trouble loading Undead World: Hero Survival on your iOS device, there are a few basic steps we recommend.
- Close any apps currently running in the background.
If your device has a Home button, double-tap it. You will see your open apps displayed as large tiles. Swipe each tile in an upward motion to close the corresponding app. When you have only your home screen remaining, all your background apps are closed.
If your device doesn't have a Home button, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to display the tiles for open apps. Swipe each tile in an upward motion to close the corresponding app. When you have only your home screen remaining, all your background apps are closed.
- Power the device off and back on.
You probably haven't done that in a while. It's easy to forget to!
- Check for software updates.
To check for an iOS update, launch the Settings app. In the left-hand menu, choose General, then Software Update. If there is an update available, it will prompt you to Download and Install.
- Check for app updates.
Most users have enabled automatic app updates, of course, but there's also a setting that prevents those from being downloaded unless on Wi-Fi. If you've got that setting enabled to preserve data, there could be app updates waiting to happen. It can't hurt to check! Launch the App Store and look up Undead World: Hero Survival. If the button says OPEN, you have the latest version. If it says UPDATE, go ahead and do that!
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you're still having trouble after restarting your device, it may help to reset the app by reinstalling it. Press and hold the app icon until it wiggles, then tap the X symbol at the corner. After the uninstall process is complete, launch the App Store app, and download Undead World: Hero Survival.
