Undead World: Hero Survival sends announcements and freebies via mobile notifications. You can control what kind of notifications you receive in the in-game Settings menu.
If you are not receiving any messages from Undead World on your device, you likely declined the "allow notifications" prompts that appeared soon after installing the app. On iOS devices, the only way to enable notifications is to accept those prompts, so you will need to uninstall and reinstall Undead World.
Please note that if you uninstall our app without having first linked your player profile to Apple or Google, your profile and progress will be lost! Follow these steps to link your your player profile to Apple or Google in Undead World: Hero Survival.
After reinstalling our app, you should soon see an automated message prompting you to allow mobile device notifications for Undead World: Hero Survival. Please accept this permissions request and then confirm your acceptance on Apple's follow-up prompt. You will start receiving our notifications and the freebies that often accompany them!
Note: The "allow notifications" prompt will be triggered by normal gameplay, so watch for it while doing basic things in-game like collecting your Idle Rewards and accepting Radio missions.
On Android devices, you should be able to enable notifications for Undead World: Hero Survival in your device Settings.
On Android devices on OS 8.0 & above:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Tap on Apps & Notifications.
- In the list of applications, select Undead World.
- Tap on App Notifications.
- Mark as On.
On Android devices on OS 6.0 - OS 7.1.2:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap Apps.
- In the list of applications, select Undead World.
- Tap on Notifications.
- Look for the option called Block. Mark this as Off.
On Android devices below OS 6.0:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Scroll down and tap Application Manager.
- In the list of applications, select Undead World.
- Look for the option called Show notifications. Tap to add a check mark.
